  • It cometh to you as the eternal, O Lord God, the Word, and for her country.

The title of this article is taken from Psalm 119:89 translated like a ping pong ball in time. Behold the permenace of the Word of God: from Aramaic to English, to Irish, to Latin, then back to plain English. The sweet frosting on the cake is this translation was not done by a scholar with a degree or a linguist rife with discernment. Instead, it was done by a machine.

It is refreshing to realize the Bible is more than prose. The word of God is, has been, and always will be, established firmly in heaven. Even today one might with the simple naivety of a child take plainly from the Aramaic Psalm 119:89 "The Word of God is settled in heaven all the time." In grown-up speak, to use a metaphor, it is like the spirit of a dove. The dove carries with it a Spirit of Truth, to manifest the Word of God, in truth, and to remain forever in remembrance. Perfect because it speaks of all things as they are in Heaven and all things on earth as they ought be (in actuality and speech). The words alone carry contentment and so should we, every day in our speech.

Every word we say, every day, carries forth for a time, and, as Jesus taught, certain words always remain. By his declaration Christ set himself and the Word of our Father in Heaven in stone. In constant continuance along an infinite continuum, one might endeavor to say, for all time. Our words must endeavor to honor our Father in Heaven much the same. With every breath the aim to produce a sound to honor our Father and the Christ. In this age few words carry as they should, as the words of the scriptures instruct us, the Holy Spirit will baptize us with fire to burn, bright always to give light, as lamp would on a lampstand or a bush aflame. These days something has to give, as our words have become as smog in the sky over Jerusalem at night. Though the lights of the city remain to be seen our words dull the brilliance of what would otherwise be new Jerusalem. The way to this light, that is very good to behold, and of the highest quality, Jesus spoke of himself, in permenance always. His ways were as ours need to be. To contrast us and he (one might write a hymn) considering the things he said and how he said them. I invite you to.

Consider these two simple tables of testimony:

When men speak of: our messiah speaks of:
    forgetfulness remembrance
    shame honor
    betrayal loyalty
    regret what is pleasing
    failure fulfillment

The simplest way I can express this example we ought follow is this:

When others speak of hate we must speak of love. If we will, I promise you, our Father in Heaven will enjoy our words. And even the Saints of old might sound out, 'Infinit Amen'.

    God bless.

I would just make mention also of the Word of Christ saying, "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my Word's shall not pass away".

Jesus said , What I say is not said of all, for I know the kind of men I chose. My purpose here is the fulfilpment of Scripture. 'He who partook of bread with me has raised his heel against me.' I tell you this now, before it takes place you may believe I AM. I solemnly assure you, he who accepts anyone I send accepts me, and in accepting me accepts him who sent me."

After saying this, Jesus grew deeply troubled.

as you neglected to do it to one of these least ones,
you neglected to do it to me.

I don't understand. Can you explain it plainly, without using a narrative?

It means Jesus says whatever one believes on earth God holds it account in heaven. God blessed him and he remained.
