  • Seeing the Bible through Jewish/Israeli lenses

    Peace to everybody!

    I am a born-again Xn.

Throughout the years I lived in different countries and attended different churches while reading the Bible in more than one language.

I think it gives me a unusual (for some of u) insight and perspective on the Bible.

I do not like arguing, but hope for a respectful collaboration in researching the Bible. As Jesus said, "Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me" - yeah, the old translation as it is the closest to the original in literal translation (as opposed to translations based on a certain interpretation). I think both can be useful and beneficial.

    I'm based in Arlington, VA.

I could imagine when a Jew becomes a Christian, it is like coming home.
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
