Today ALL MEN are commanded to be baptized in water (Mt.28:18-20) (Mark 16:15,16) (Acts 2:38,47; 22;16 ; 8:5,12,13,26-40)
I never said that Noah was commanded to be baptized in water and there were people getting water baptized before Acts 2. (Matthew 3:11; Mark 1:4; Luke 3:3) I can see that you are unable to see anything beyond your church of Christ indoctrination. Sigh..
Galatians 6:14 - But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

      LUKE Chapter 1

"13 But the angel said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
14 And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth.
15 For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the HOLY SPIRIT, even from his mother's womb.
16 And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God.
17 He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

At this point the only water John had been exposed to was the water in his mother's womb.
He was FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT.
