Whichever day promises the best weather. Sometimes I'm out there at 6am pegging out washing. Normally do a couple of loads a week - a white wash and a coloureds wash.

Every Saturday morning is Laundry day for me. I have a clothesline and an electric dryer, so I'm good to go, rain or shine!
We long to be known and we fear it like nothing else.
Most people live with subtle dread that one day,
they will be discovered for who they really are,
and the world will be appalled.

When my husband comes home from work covered in grease and hydraulic fluid, every day is laundry day.

I would have put EVERYDAY but that was not an option.

That is the option I needed also!

I have boys, everyday is laundry day, and I still don't seem to get caught up

Since you insist on bringing it up, it had better be today (Tue)

Today is Juvember Umpteenth, 0000, by the Chaleseian calendar, so I guess I'll have to wait until oh say six and seven eighths-pence-ish O'clockie tonight, look around for my anti-algae detergent, then go down to the stream and beat my clothes on a folk-rock band with a knarled branch from a chruchberry tree, then dry them directly under the (very noisy) constellation "Clamoria Major," by starlight, as the ultra-traditional elders of Chalania insist on. Oh well as they say a muleskinner's work is never...
