    How can I monitor my employees when they are using their work computers? I am running a small company with about 15 employees.

    There is software and hardware that can do it. I used to sorry about what my employees did with their time. Now I simply track production. I do not care what they do with their time, I just care about quality and quantity of their production.

      My mother-in-law owns a Subway restaurant. There is a software you can install that will require each employee to enter a personal pin # so that you can see who has been on the computer at what time of the day and what websites they have visited. Can't remember the name of the software. You can also install software that will prevent employees from going onto social sites like Facebook, Twitter, etc. so that they can't kill time just sitting there doing nothing.

        So since the question was what they do on their work computers, you wouldn't care if they spent 4 hours a day on Facebook or watching porn as long as they completed their assignments?
        Some people don't mind contradicting themselves as long as they can keep disagreeing with you...

            Every states computer privacy laws are different. Make sure you comply and have a computer use policy in place before monitoring use
            Some people are offended that the Sovereign God, because He loved man so much and wanted to be in an intimate relationship with his creation, gave Man a free will to respond to God's grace, offered to all. They are offended that God is God as God chooses to be, not as they choose for God to be.

              Why do u even care ? if they aren't breaking any laws and they get their work done then whats the problem ?

                They will not have time to spend 1 hour on Facebook and meet production; unless they worked like mad men to make up time.

                  I wouldn't care what my employee's did - to a point, of course - as long as targets are met and work gets done. If someone produces quality, on time, consistently, but spends 4 hours a day snapchatting, then so be it.

                  As the OP - don't know of any tracking programs. It's easy enough to vet results to know if work is getting done throughout the week or not, but I can see why such programs would be desired if NSFW / illegal content is a problem.
