Yes, there is God’s grace to even help us overcome sin, but grace is not a license to sin or a means by which we can have sinful mindset. We have to fight against sin because it can bring spiritual death to us (if we are not careful).

The point I'm making is we can't write a person off as condemned because at the moment, they are sinning.
