I already debunked your Psalm 83 theory. Not doing it again....sigh.

Your graphic means nothing to me. That is a common occurrence, and it's LOCAL.

    Now to your fires:

    2017-2018 (YTD) - 10,026,086 acres
    1952 - 14,078,894 acres
    1950 - 15,519,000 acres
    1949 - 15,397,000 acres
    1948 - 16,557,000 acres
    1947 - 23,226,000 acres
    1946 - 20,691,000 acres
    1945 - 17,681,000 acres
    1944 - 16,549,000 acres
    1943 - 32,333,000 acres
    1942 - 31,854,000 acres
    1941 - 26,405,000 acres
    1940 - 25,848,000 acres
    1939 - 30,449,000 acres
    1938 - 33,815,000 acres
    1937 - 21,981,000 acres
    1936 - 43,207,000 acres
    1935 - 30,335,000 acres
    1934 - 41,821,000 acres
    1933 - 43,890,000 acres
    1932 - 42,063,000 acres
    1930 - 51,607,000 acres

See John, all it takes is a little bit of research to realize your "cutting edge sources" are feeding you horse droppings - why do you buy into all this dung hook, line and sinker?

    Do your research!!!

Obviously the world is not burning up this year, considering the historical burns which were up to 5X the acreage for several DECADES. Consider your point thoroughly debunked.

Once again, provide a SOUND BIBLICAL EXEGESIS that some local hotspot in the middle of the summer is a "sign" of the second coming. SHOW IT IN THE BIBLE!

there are more prophecies of Israel getting into this other then psalm 83. isaiah 17 comes to mind where Damascus becomes a 'ruinous heap'...well they are almost there already.

well i am no expert on psalm 83, seems like you did a scorching job on it. perhaps paul saulus was a bit too enthusiastic in his predictions.

John it isn't 'overenthusiastic' that characterizes it, it's false prophecy and an insult to God's Holy Writ.

Sure they are. This is a common, reoccuring global event.

We are presently on the receeding curve of the last ice age.

These cyclically occurs ever 10-100k years, whether man is involved or not.

I knew it! It's those selfish cavemen burning fossil fuels to cook their mammoth steaks that caused the problem. But this time it's different because, well, because kooks and nutjobs on a web site said it's different and so it must be true.

Re: California Fires: 14,000 firefighters now battling 16 major blazes across state

As temperatures continue to rise each year no doubt events such as this will become more prevalent..

California Has Had A Monster Wildfire Every Year For The Past 7 Years..

If you feel like California's wildfires have been getting bigger and more frequent, you're not alone. More than three-quarters of the state's largest fires on record have occurred in the last 20 years.

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, or Cal Fire, keeps a running list of the top 20 fires on record based on acres burned. We're calling any fire that makes this list a "monster fire."

Of the 20 monster fires currently on the list, 16 have occurred since 1999. Nearly half of these have been in the past seven years alone.

    a big Amen Jude.

you are dealing with people that are in Denial, prolly not going to Wake up until the Big One comes. and even then...

this is the verse i think of and it is in my signature with a few others for a wake up call: 2 Peter 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

    fits like a glove.

    blessings.

Ok, you two, back to reality and a remedial history class on wildfires:

    2017-2018 (YTD) - 10,026,086 acres
    1952 - 14,078,894 acres
    1950 - 15,519,000 acres
    1949 - 15,397,000 acres
    1948 - 16,557,000 acres
    1947 - 23,226,000 acres
    1946 - 20,691,000 acres
    1945 - 17,681,000 acres
    1944 - 16,549,000 acres
    1943 - 32,333,000 acres
    1942 - 31,854,000 acres
    1941 - 26,405,000 acres
    1940 - 25,848,000 acres
    1939 - 30,449,000 acres
    1938 - 33,815,000 acres
    1937 - 21,981,000 acres
    1936 - 43,207,000 acres
    1935 - 30,335,000 acres
    1934 - 41,821,000 acres
    1933 - 43,890,000 acres
    1932 - 42,063,000 acres
    1930 - 51,607,000 acres

I could go back further, but you get the gist.

The current wildfires are not even 20% of what this country has seen YEAR AFTER YEAR for decades.

Please do your research next time.

And still no Biblical exegesis of wildfires being “a sign”

    Why am I not surprised?

California Had Its Hottest Month On Record. Death Valley Had World's Hottest Month..

California just sweltered through its hottest month ever recorded.

Out of the 1,483 months since records began in 1895, when Grover Cleveland was president, July 2018 was the hottest of all, with an average statewide temperature of 79.7 degrees, the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration said Wednesday.

This means no lifelong Californian alive has lived through a hotter month.

And notorious hot spot Death Valley led the way, with an average July temperature of 108.1 degrees. This is an all-time high temperature record for any weather station in the world, NOAA said.

The heat was a major player in the deadly fires that have had the state under siege the past few weeks. Monster fires such as the Mendocino Complex Fire, the state's biggest on record, have scorched some 1,171 square miles this year, according to Cal Fire.

California's Largest Wildfire Tops 300,000 Acres; Containment Remains At 47 percent..

The largest wildfire in California history has topped 470 square miles, nearly the size of the stateís largest city, Cal Fire reported Wednesday night.

The Mendocino Complex Fire, a merging of the Ranch and River fires that both sparked July 27, was listed at 302,086 acres at 7 p.m. PST. While containment remained at 47 percent, the same as the previous night, Cal Fire reported progress on the frontlines.

A total of 119 homes and 110 other buildings have been destroyed by the Mendocino Complex Fire, and another 9,2000 structures remain threatened by a blaze that could soon equal the size of Los Angeles (503 square miles).

Cal Fire has listed Sept. 1 as the target date for full containment.

Another of the stateís 18 current wildfires, the Carr Fire, was also listed at 47 percent containment by Cal Fire on Wednesday night. That fire, which threatened the city of Redding shortly after starting on July 23, has charred 176,069 acres and destroyed nearly 2,000 structures Ė including 1,077 homes.

    From nps.gov

Death Valley is famous as the hottest place on earth and driest place in North America. The world record highest air temperature of 134įF (57įC) was recorded at Furnace Creek on July 10, 1913. Summer temperatures often top 120įF (49įC) in the shade with overnight lows dipping into the 90sįF (mid-30sįC.) Average rainfall is less than 2 inches (5 cm), a fraction of what most deserts receive. Occasional thunderstorms, especially in late summer, can cause flash floods.

    Jude

That might just be a historical low compared to the 1.52 million acres burned in 2008 and 1.59 million acres in 2007.

Please explain how any of this have anything to do with the End Times?

    Duh
Because their poots were organic, solar and wind-powered, free range, cage free, and grass fed.
